Blog
I have written a series of blogs about my childhood experiences explaining the complications and patterns that form from conditioning’s and programmings by family. Many of us are unaware of the implications of the behaviours and patterns of family members and the impacts it has on a child.
These blogs are an introduction to the my secret self series and the experiences I had encountered and later in life had to address. This led me on a journey of self-discovery to understand the role of the family members and the patterns I took on unaware. These patterns formed in the early stages of my childhood and once I was aware of the impact and the deeper understanding of why certain things were allowed to happen in the family, then I could live a normal life.
